In this section, you'll find the answers to the most frequent questions we have heard from our ITEA family, useful for our ITEA students and parents, but also for anyone interested in enrolling in our school. In case that you don’t find the answer to your question within this section, let us remind you that we are at your service at our social media networks (which you can find at the bottom of this site) and you can also call us at 33.3070.3333. How can I know how much I owe for tuition?

With your tutor registration number, you can access the ITEA portal and check your account at the following link: https://portalitea.com/#/login, Once in there, choose the ESTADO DE CUENTA option and select the student or students for which you wish to view your pending payments.

How can I know my username so I can pay online?

If you don't know your tutor registration number, please contact us through our website's chat or call us at 33.3070.3333 and we'll gladly provide it to you after an identity verification process in the form of 3 security questions.

How do I pay online?

Follow these steps:

  1. Enter the ITEA portal.
  2. Go to the "ESTADO DE CUENTA" section.
  3. Select the student's name.
  4. Select the descriptions of the payments you wish to make.
  5. Select "Pagar".
  6. Choose your payment method (you can enter your credit/debit card information or you can generate a payment order and fulfill it at a convenience store within the following 48 hours).
How can I generate my electronic invoice?
  1. Access “FACTURACION ITEA”: https://facturacion.portalitea.com/#/ 
  2. Enter your ticket's WEB ID.
  3. Enter your information (RFC, NAME/BUSINESS NAME, AND E-MAIL).
  4. Check your e-mail if your invoice was sent there directly or simply download it in XML or PDF format.
I made my payment online but I don’t have a ticket, how can I get an invoice?

Follow these steps:

  1. Select “ESTADO DE CUENTA”.
  2. Select the student’s name.
  3. You’ll see a breakdown of all the pending payments.
  4. Go to the “HISTORIAL DE PAGOS” section that’s just beside your breakdown.

There, you’ll be able to see your WEB ID so you are able to copy and paste it in our invoicing tool ( https://facturacion.portalitea.com/#/).

When can I pay on campus?

North Campus
Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 7:00pm
Saturdays: 8.00am to 2.00pm

South Campus
Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 6:00pm
Saturdays: 9.00am to 2.00pm

When is the deadline to make a payment without generating extra charges?

Up to the 10th of each month, since the first extra charge is generated on the 11th and the second one is generated on the 17th (these dates have been modified due to the current pandemic, in the event of any change, we will notify you in a timely manner).

Does the admissions exam cost something?

No, it doesn’t. It isn’t a test, but an assessment and it’s free of charge.

Are you a secular school?

Yes, we are.

Do you offer extended school hours?

Yes, we do. For more information, please reach us at 33.2390.1935.

Do the Computer, English, and Robotics classes cost extra?

No, they don’t. Those subjects are comprehensively integrated into our school’s curriculum.

Are you a bilingual school?

Yes, we are.

Does my child need to have any kind of previous English knowledge?

No, he/she doesn’t. We apply an entry level examination and assign them to a class based on their current English knowledge.

Are there any benefits for enrolling multiple siblings?

Yes, there are benefits starting with the third enrolled sibling.

Do the students from all educational stages have recess at the same time?

No, they don’t. We have phased recess times and, when possible, even designated recess spaces for each educational stage.

What extracurricular activities do you have?

Track & field, hip-hop dancing, folkloric ballet, marching band, basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, comic book workshops, gymnastics, jazz dance, music, volleyball, cheerleading, theater, and visual arts. The groups for each activity are opened in response to each campus's demand.

Is a certain job opening still available?
